I Hook (5.50MM)

With yellow, chain 152, turn and double crochet in the third stitch from the hook, continue to end of the row, turn and chain 2 and continue double crochet across the row. At end of the row, attach black, turn, chain 2 and double crochet across the row, turn chain 2 and double crochet across row. Repeat with other 3 colors; red, white and green, then tie off. Add 3 strands of yarn (10 inches each) per tassel across each edge, using the 3 tassels of each color with each color strip.

Oro: El color oro nos recuerda las cosas que tienen mucho valor y las cosas especiales. También nos recuerda un lugar que se llama Cielo. El Cielo es un lugar perfecto donde nunca nadie está enfermo, donde nunca nadie muere, y donde todo el mundo es feliz. Juan 3:16 dice que Dios amó tanto al mundo que Él sacrificó a su único hijo. Eso significa que Dios nos amó tanto que Él quiere que nos vayamos al cielo. Hay una cosa que no puede existir en el cielo, el pecado.

Negro: El color negro nos recuerda el pecado. El pecado son las cosas que pensamos, hacemos o decimos que no le agradan a Dios. Romanos 3:23 nos dice que “todos hemos pecado”. El castigo que recibimos por pecar es estar separados de Dios. Nadie por sí mismo puede alcanzar el perdon de sus pecados, pero Dios tiene un plan maravilloso para que tú y yo no tengamos que ser castigados por nuestros pecados.

Rojo: El color oro nos recuerda la sangre que Jesús derramó para salvarnos de nuestros pecados. Recuerda que Dios nos amó tanto que nos dio a su único hijo. Jesús era perfecto y Él murió por nuestros pecados. Hebreo 9:22 nos dice que sin derramamiento de sangre no puede existir el perdón de los pecados. Jesús fue crucificado y murió en la cruz y después de tres días Él resucitó. Después Jesús regresó al Cielo y Él está ahí con Dios, su padre. Cuando tú le pides perdón por tus pecados a Jesús, tú tienes vida nueva.

Blanco: El color blanco nos recuerda sobre la vida limpia que vivimos como Cristianos. Si no le has pedido a Jesús que sea tu Salvador y que perdone tus pecados, puedes hacerlo en este momento. Juan 1:9 dice “si confesamos nuestros pecados, Él es justo y nos limpiará de todo pecado.” Cuando eres Cristiano, sabes que Jesús no te abandonará y que te ayudará a hacer lo correcto.

Verde: El color verde nos recuerda sobre el crecimiento. Es importante que tú sigas aprendiendo sobre Jesús y que sigas creciendo en tu vida Cristiana. Dios quiere que crezcas en tu entendimiento de su mundo. Es importante que leas la biblia y ores. También es importante que le hables a otros de Jesús y de su plan maravilloso para sus vidas. Cuando tú vives tu vida como Dios manda, tú vivirás en el Cielo con Él para siempre cuando mueras. Pedro 2, 3:18 dice que debemos “crecer en gracia y conocimento de nuestro Señor y Salvador Jesús Cristo.”

The Plan of Salvation

Gold (Yellow): Gold reminds us of gold and things that are very valuable and special. It also reminds us of a place called Heaven. Heaven is a perfect place where no one is every sick, no one ever dies and everyone is happy. John 3:16 says that God so loved the world that He gave his only Son. That means that God loved you and I so much that He wants us to go to Heaven. There is one thing that can never be in heaven – sin.

Black: Black reminds us of sin. Sin is anything that we think, say or do which does not please God. Romans 3:23 tells us that “all have sinned.” The punishment for sin is to be separated from God. You cannot be good enough to forgive your own sins, but God has a wonderful plan so you and I don’t have to be punished for our sins.

Red: Red reminds us of the blood of Jesus who came to save us from our sins. Remember that God loved us so much that He sent his only Son. Jesus was perfect and He died for your sins and for my sins. Hebrews 9:22 tells us that without giving of blood, there cannot be forgiveness of sins. Jesus was crucified and died on the cross and after three days He came back from the dead. Jesus even overcame death. Then Jesus went back to Heaven and He is there right now with God, his Father. When you ask Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, you have a new life.

White: White reminds of the cleanness of our life when we are Christians. If you have not asked Jesus to be your Savior and to forgive you of your sins, you can do that right now. I John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” When you are a Christian, you can believe that Jesus will not leave you, but will help you do what is right.

Green: Green reminds us of growth. It is important that you keep learning about Jesus and growing in your Christian life. God wants you to grown in your understanding of His Word. It is important that you read the Bible and pray. It is also important that you tell others about Jesus and His wonderful plan for their lives. When you live your life as Jesus wants you to do, you will live in Heaven with Him forever when you die. 2 Peter 3:18 tell us, “Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
